About the Role

Ready to strengthen our Finance team during summer?
As an Administrative Assistant, you will help our Finance Admin team to process traffic violations requests received from police authorities. You will ensure that every case is handled accurately and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

Process official requests from Belgian police authorities regarding identified traffic violations.
Retrieve the corresponding trip on our platform using vehicle registration, date and time of the infringement.
Identify and register the driver's details on the dedicated police platform.
Upload the official police report (PV reference) into our system and process the related administrative fee.
Contribute to a seamless and compliant operational process while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Your Profile

You are currently pursuing a degree related to Finance, Business or Office Management.
You possess strong communication skills in English, as well as French and Dutch.
You enjoy administrative work and take pride in keeping processes accurate and efficient.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented and can handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
You are proactive, reliable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
You are available during the entire month of July.
