We’re looking for an Account Executive who thrives on closing meaningful deals and building the kind of relationships that turn clients into advocates.
You’ll own the full sales cycle: from first discovery call to signed contract. Since we are transforming the market and the category is new, you won’t just be closing pipeline: you’ll be creating it. Pension is rarely the most urgent item on the business agenda, so you’ll need to earn attention, build conviction over time, and guide prospects through a considered buying journey. You’ll be working with HR Directors, CFOs and founders who are ready to rethink how they take care of their people financially. Your job is to help them see why Warren is the answer.
Own the Sales Cycle
Run high-quality discovery calls that uncover real pain and business impact
Lead product demos and commercial conversations with HR, finance and executive stakeholders
Build compelling proposals and navigate requirements
Close deals and hand off new clients to customer success with care and clarity
Build the Pipeline
Work hand-in-hand with our SDR to qualify inbound and outbound opportunities
Identify referral potential within your existing deal flow
Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline and keep your CRM tight
Attend events, roundtables and lunch sessions to accelerate relationship-building
Shape the GTM Motion
Feed insights from client conversations back into messaging, positioning and product
Partner with marketing on account-based campaigns and event follow-up
Help define what “great” looks like for Warren’s sales playbook as we scale
You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, HR tech, Consulting, Compensation & Benefits or financial services
You are a natural at running complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
You are curious and high-energy, thriving building meaningful relationships
You are commercially sharp: you understand sales dynamics, negotiation and how to create urgency without pressure
You can turn complex, regulated products into something simple and exciting - you don’t shy away from the details, you make them part of the story.
You are fluent in Dutch and/or French and strong in English
You are self-directed and accountable: you own your number and your relationships equally
Most importantly: you want to be the person Warren’s future clients trust, and you take that responsibility seriously.
