Voor een Gentse scale-up zoeken we een freelance Solutions Engineer die op maat gemaakte demo-omgevingen bouwt, het compliance-platform configureert met AI-tooling, en als technische stem meedraait in de enterprise salescycli. Een hybride technisch-commerciële rol op het snijpunt van sales, product en delivery.

Wat zijn je belangrijkste taken?

Je bouwt op maat gemaakte demo-omgevingen voor specifieke prospects en use cases, klaar in dagen in plaats van weken.
Je configureert het platform end-to-end via de JSON-gebaseerde low-code/no-code laag: due diligence parameters, scoringsmodellen, vragenlijstflows, UBO- en identity-trajecten, documenttemplates en beslisregels.
Je vult demo's vooraf met realistische synthetische data die de business van de prospect weerspiegelt.
Je zet Claude Code en andere AI-coding tools in om configuratie te versnellen, en bouwt een bibliotheek van herbruikbare demo-templates en skills die terugkerende pre-sales taken automatiseren.
Je bent de technische tegenhanger van de Account Executives in elke betekenisvolle salescyclus: capability demo's, deep-dive technische sessies, security- en architectuurreviews.
Je bouwt microsites en integratie-mockups (in Lovable, op het platform of op lichte web stacks) die tonen hoe het platform aansluit op CRM, ERP, core banking of document management, en je koppelt pre-sales signalen geprioriteerd terug naar het productteam.

Wie zoeken we?

Minstens 3 jaar in pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical consulting of een vergelijkbare hybride technisch-commerciële rol, idealiter in B2B SaaS of financial services software.
Comfortabel met gestructureerde configuratie (JSON, YAML, low-code platformen) en met het lezen van code, ook zonder full-stack developer te zijn.
Hands-on ervaring met moderne AI-coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable of equivalent) en een oprechte interesse om die verder te duwen.
Een track record van demo-omgevingen of proof-of-value trajecten die aantoonbaar bijdroegen aan gesloten deals.
Output-gericht: je shipt demo's en blijft niet eindeloos polijsten. Procesmatig: eenmalig werk wordt herbruikbare templates en skills.
Commercieel inzicht: je begrijpt welke demo-details een koper nodig heeft om ja te zeggen, en je werkt vlot tussen sales, product en delivery.
Vertrouwdheid met KYC, AML, UBO, MiFID, DORA, ESG of Third Party Risk Management is een sterke troef, net als ervaring met het integreren van SaaS in CRM, ERP, core banking of document management.
