We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst / Solution Designer who can act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, conducting studies independently and designing pragmatic, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions. The role combines Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, and Solution Design, ensuring alignment between business needs, IT capabilities, and enterprise architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging business and IT teams while driving decision-making through clear recommendations and value-oriented solutions.
Missions:
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders by understanding business challenges, objectives, and opportunities.
Conduct end-to-end studies autonomously, from problem identification and analysis through to solution proposal.
Design scalable, maintainable, and cost-efficient IT solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
Bridge the gap between business and IT teams to ensure mutual understanding and successful delivery.
Support decision-making through structured analysis, recommendations, and cost/benefit assessments.
Promote simplification, standardization, and reuse of existing solutions whenever possible.
Ensure solution feasibility, maintainability, traceability, and long-term business value.
Activities:
Business Analysis & Study Management
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, issues, constraints, and objectives.
Challenge and refine requirements to ensure relevance, clarity, and value generation.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce operational or technical complexity.
Conduct autonomous end-to-end studies and impact assessments.
Analyze impacts across business processes, systems, applications, and organizational structures.
Functional Analysis & Solution Design
Design pragmatic, scalable, and cost-efficient IT solutions.
Evaluate multiple solution options and recommend the most suitable approach.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and principles.
Promote the reuse of existing platforms, services, and solutions before proposing new developments.
Assess solution feasibility, maintainability, and scalability.
Stakeholder & IT Coordination
Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams.
Facilitate workshops, discussions, and decision-making sessions.
Collaborate with architects, security teams, and delivery teams when required.
Present findings, analyses, and recommendations in a clear and structured manner.
Support consensus-building and informed decision-making.
Governance & Documentation
Perform high-level cost/benefit analyses to support prioritization and investment decisions.
Ensure proper documentation of requirements, studies, solutions, and decisions.
Maintain full traceability of decisions and solution rationale.

You have at least 5 years of professional experiences in IT
If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it’s best
