What You'll Architect
This role focuses on turning customer behavior into measurable, continuously improving performance systems. You design the feedback loops between data, experimentation, and experience.
Design measurement frameworks across websites and apps to capture reliable user behavior data
Implement and manage tagging strategies (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium)
Analyse customer journeys by combining data across analytics, transactional, and behavioral sources
Translate data insights into hypotheses that improve user experience and marketing performance
Design, run, and evaluate experimentation programs (A/B tests, CRO initiatives)
Build dashboards and visualisations that support decision-making across teams
Leverage platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, or Contentsquare to drive insights
Query and structure data using SQL across environments such as BigQuery, Azure or Databricks
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate measurement and alignment on performance goals
Contribute to building scalable customer intelligence systems combining analytics, UX, and experimentation

What You Bring
Qualifications / Experience
3+ years of experience in Digital Analytics, CRO, or Digital Marketing Analytics
Experience analysing digital performance across web and/or app environments
Technical & Functional Skills
Experience with tagging and data collection (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium)
Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare)
Experience with SQL and data querying across platforms (BigQuery, Azure, Databricks)
Ability to combine multiple data sources into coherent analysis models
Understanding of UX principles, SEO, and digital marketing performance
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation design, and CRO methodologies
Experience with data visualisation and dashboarding for business users
