Skills and Competencies

Proven experience delivering production-grade software with end-to-end ownership in a full-stack environment (7+ years)

Strong proficiency in TypeScript across frontend and backend, including modern React patterns and Node.js development

Experience designing scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS services and serverless architectures

Solid understanding of API design, data modeling, and working with both SQL and NoSQL databases

Ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and translate evolving requirements into scalable technical solutions

Experience influencing technical direction, establishing engineering standards, and collaborating across multiple teams

Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native full-stack solutions that support critical financial decision-making platforms.

Design and implement scalable applications using serverless and event-driven architectures to support high-volume, mission-critical systems

Own the full software development lifecycle from design through deployment and production monitoring

Influence engineering standards and architectural decisions across multiple teams, driving consistency and scalability

Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to define and deliver impactful technical solutions

Solve complex and ambiguous technical challenges, including evolving requirements and production issues

Ensure high-quality, maintainable code through testing, code reviews, and continuous integration practices

Champion performance, security, and reliability standards, particularly for systems handling sensitive financial data
