About Oxygen

What will you be doing?

As a Young Talent you will start your career together with other recent graduates. In our program you combine projects at our clients with plenty of training moments. This way you will be prepared to become a topnotch consultant! Our experienced mentors are looking forward to guide you through this process with great pleasure and enthusiasm.

At the end of the program we evaluate together what your strengths, capabilities and ambitions are. Depending on this we determine together your further growth path as a consultant.

What will you do after the young talent program?

Implementation, optimization and migration of core management applications
Optimization of processes and making them more efficient
Digitalization and robotization
Roles: tester, business analyst, data analyst,…

Who are you?

A must: You recognize yourself in the Oxygen core values : Together, Positive, Hands-on, Open-minded, Overdeliver & Critical
You are obtaining or have obtained your Master’s degree preferably in an economic or scientific field
You combine an analytical approach with good communication skills
Someone who is flexible and can easily adapt to new environments
Languages? You have good knowledge of Dutch & French
