Data Pipeline Analyst (M/F)
This is your mission
Are you passionate about data analysis, semantic data modeling, and data-driven decision making? Then this position is for you.
As a Data Pipeline Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data flows, designing semantic data models, and supporting the delivery of data initiatives that improve data quality, interoperability, and business value across the organization.
Build side:
Identify and analyze business needs related to data, reporting, analytics, and semantic information management.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and planning for small to medium-sized data projects.
Analyze existing data pipelines, data sources, transformations, and associated data models.
Design, maintain, and improve semantic data models using Linked Data technologies (RDF, OWL).
Contribute to the design and optimization of data pipelines in collaboration with Data & ICT teams.
Develop reports, KPIs, dashboards, and analytical deliverables supporting operational use cases.
Validate analytical outputs and data models with business stakeholders.
Document data models, analyses, and architecture deliverables using SPARX Enterprise Architect.
Run side:
Monitor project progress and coordinate stakeholders involved in data initiatives.
Ensure project scope, timelines, and deliverable quality are respected.
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reliability, performance, and reusability.
Facilitate workshops, requirements clarification sessions, and decision-making activities.
Act as the functional interface between Business, Data & Digital, and ICT teams.
Ensure alignment of data initiatives with Data & Digital strategy and governance standards.
Maintain project and data documentation to support long-term sustainability.
Organize knowledge transfer activities and promote best practices related to semantic modeling and data pipelines.
This is your background
You have at least 5 years of experience in data analysis, data projects, or data management environments. You are comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders and have experience translating operational needs into structured data solutions. You have a strong interest in semantic data modeling, data interoperability, and data governance.

You have experience delivering data-focused projects from analysis through implementation while ensuring quality, usability, and stakeholder alignment. You are capable of managing multiple priorities, facilitating collaboration, and driving continuous improvements in data practices and analytical capabilities.

Understanding of ETL / Data Pipeline concepts
Knowledge of SPARQL (strongly preferred)
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent reporting tools (preferred)
