Most compensation plans in Belgium lag behind: they rely on low-yield products, lack transparency, and involve endless paperwork. Employees worry about financial security while HR teams are slowed by administrative burdens.
Warren is redefining the landscape with Wealth Enablement—a new category making pensions, benefits, and investing modern, transparent, and truly valued. Our entire platform runs on TypeScript, bringing the future of financial products to the present.
With rapid growth and momentum, every decision you make here will shape our product and engineering culture for years to come.
We are hiring software engineers at all levels for a variety of roles: frontend, backend, mobile, full stack, platform, and product-focused engineering. If you value ownership, you'll thrive here. As a product engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, product, and design, building features from conception to delivery.
1. Ship Product That Matters
Develop and deliver features for backend, web, and mobile platforms that enhance user financial wellbeing.
Own features end-to-end—from problem discovery and implementation to production monitoring.
Work on a high-impact, category-defining product with genuine market traction.
2. Work Across the Stack
Contribute to frontend (React, React Native, Tailwind, shadcn/ui) and backend (NestJS, Hono, Drizzle ORM), depending on your strengths and growth interests.
Write clean, maintainable, type-safe TypeScript code.
Help scale our AWS-based infrastructure (SST/Pulumi, PostgreSQL on Neon, GitHub Actions).
3. Shape Engineering Culture
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and platform initiatives.
Help uphold engineering standards and share best practices across the team.
Mentor teammates and bring a security-centric approach to protecting user data.
4. Build With a Modern Stack
Monorepo with pnpm workspaces and Turborepo.
Frontend: React, React Native, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind, shadcn/ui.
Backend: NestJS, Drizzle ORM, Hono, vitest, bun.
Infrastructure: SST/Pulumi on AWS, GitHub Actions, PostgreSQL on Neon.
Collaboration tools: Linear, Slack, Notion, GitHub, Sentry, Cursor, Claude Code, CodeRabbit.
Engineering principles include reusable primitives, strict type safety, clean code, and cooldown weeks.
Proficient (or fast at picking up) TypeScript, excited by working across the stack.
Experience with React, React Native, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
Comfortable with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and some exposure to cloud infrastructure.
Committed to writing clean, simple, type-safe code and maintaining high standards for code quality.
Security-minded, especially regarding sensitive financial data.
Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced, English-speaking teams.
Bonus: experience in fintech, financial services, infrastructure as code (SST), open-source, or consumer apps at scale.
If you're passionate about building real products and caring about outcomes as much as implementation, Warren wants you on the team.
