The Business Analyst – Reporting & Performance is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and timely delivery of data used across the Reporting Department. The role focuses on data controls execution, data quality analysis, incident management, KPI reporting, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to support accurate reporting and continuous process improvement.
Data Controls Production & Analysis
Execute data quality controls across various databases and systems.
Analyze control results and identify data anomalies or quality issues.
Perform root-cause analysis and assess business impact.
Produce and maintain standardized control reports.
Data Remediation Follow-up
Monitor and coordinate remediation actions with data owners and stakeholders.
Track data incidents and ensure timely resolution.
Prioritize issues according to business impact and data sensitivity.
Contribute to preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
KPI Reporting & Communication
Develop and maintain data quality KPI dashboards.
Communicate data quality metrics, incidents, and remediation progress.
Prepare materials for governance meetings and data community communications.
Operational Support
Maintain operational procedures and documentation.
Support other team activities and respond to evolving business needs.
Participate in data governance and reporting improvement initiatives.
You have the following skills
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
Experience in Data Management and Data Quality processes.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across business and data teams.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Technical Knowledge
SQL and data querying.
Data quality controls and data analysis.
KPI dashboarding and reporting tools.
Knowledge of data governance and incident management processes.
Familiarity with tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
Preferred Background
Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, or Data Management professional.
Experience in Financial Services, Asset Management, Banking, or Reporting environments is highly valued.
Ability to combine business understanding with data analysis and stakeholder management.
Votre profil
You have at least 3 to 5 years of professional experiences in IT
If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG or NL/ENG it’s best
