Function Description
Your mission will consist in the analysis, improvement and validation of the Data Quality Controls for the extra-accounting data sourced towards the Management Accounting Systems and delivered towards ALM Group Reporting Tool (AGAPES).
To reach this objective, you will:
- Analyze the
Data Quality Controls implemented by BNPP Group in COMET tool on ALM data.
- Understand Data Flows from Operating Systems towards ALM tool (AGAPES) via OFS.
- Understand functional ALM Data Definition and their usage in the reporting.
- Make use of data analytics, data visualization , scripting and automation techniques.
- Identify the root causes of the anomalies detected by the controls.
- Define Remediation action plans in the adequate system (Sourcing, OFS, COMET).
- Write business requirements to IT BNPP considering ALM Fortis reporting needs.
- Define a roadmap for the implementation and homologation of the controls.
- Prepare, Coordinate, Execute testing by detailed analysis of the delivered results vs the expected results.
- Document the solutions and the linked processes.
- Contribute to the improvement of the Dashboarding on KPI controls (in TABLEAU).
- Ensure proactive, regular and clear communication with the Management, ALM and Finance Data Managers and the different stakeholders.
- Participate in and contribute to Data Quality Communities (e.g. presenting and developing data quality use cases), prepare and participate in Quality Assessment Committee meetings, etc.
Education
Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in Finance/Accounting/Business Management
Required Experience
At least 6 years of experience in a similar function within a financial institution
Technical Experience
Mandatory
IT systems (SQL, Access, Excel), Stakeholders relations, Crisp and Clear Communication
Preferable
IT system (Business Objects, Cognos), OFS – BNP Paribas General Accounting System (is a Plus)
Business Experience
Mandatory
ALM data and processes, Data Quality Analyst
Preferable
Banking Accounting knowledge (is a plus)
