Who we’re looking for ?
As Talent Manager, you play a key role in attracting, developing and retaining talent within CFE. You work closely with the HR Board, managers and HR colleagues to build talent strategies aligned with the organisation’s ambitions and future needs. You combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach and translate HR priorities into concrete initiatives around talent identification, development, performance, engagement and employer branding.
Your Responsibilities ?
Together with the HR Board, you help build a future-oriented talent strategy:
Talent identification and acquisition: you identify internal and external talent aligned with the organisation’s strategic needs and help build a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
Career development and succession planning: you design growth paths and succession strategies for key roles and encourage internal mobility and sustainable career development.
Performance management: you support the setup and follow-up of evaluation cycles, feedback moments and development goals, and help strengthen a high-performance feedback culture.
Learning & Development: you coordinate training programmes, coaching trajectories and learning initiatives tailored to the needs of employees and the organisation.
Strategic workforce planning: you work with HR and business leaders to anticipate future talent needs and translate them into targeted actions and priorities.
Culture and engagement: you develop initiatives that contribute to a positive work culture, employee engagement and retention.
Diversity and inclusion: you help foster an inclusive work environment and integrate D&I objectives into talent processes and development initiatives.
Employer branding: you contribute to strengthening CFE’s image as an attractive employer, both internally and externally.
Data analysis and reporting: you use HR data to generate insights on talent flows, retention, performance and development needs, and translate them into recommendations.
Stakeholder management: you work closely with managers, HR colleagues and external partners to successfully deliver and sustainably embed talent initiatives.
In addition, you will also focus on the following areas:
You guide and facilitate talent reviews and maintain a clear overview of key talent, potential and development actions.
You advise managers on development opportunities, career paths and employee deployment based on their potential and business needs.
You help further structure and optimise talent processes, tools and governance, with a focus on simplicity, impact and adoption.
You support the rollout and follow-up of talent and development initiatives in close collaboration with the various entities.
You monitor external trends and best practices in talent management, leadership development and employee experience, and translate them into CFE’s context.
Your Skills & Experience ?
You hold a master’s degree in HR, psychology, educational sciences, business administration or a similar field.
You have relevant experience in talent management, learning & development and/or HR development, with a strong focus on people development. In addition, you bring broad HR experience that enables you to work across different HR domains. Generalist experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner is definitely an asset.
You have experience with topics such as succession planning, performance management, talent reviews, career development and/or strategic workforce planning.
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
You combine strategic insight with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and know how to turn ideas into concrete actions.
You have strong analytical skills and can translate HR data and insights into clear recommendations and priorities.
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and move easily between HR, management and the business.
You are entrepreneurial, organisationally aware and driven to make an impact on talent, culture and growth.
