As a Healthcare Compliance Coordinator, acting with integrity in all your interactions with Healthcare Professionals according to the highest ethical standards is second nature. You also monitor the reputation and sincerity of the relationships with partners from the Healthcare sector. Finally, you ensure that all activities are strictly in line with the Basic Guiding Principles & Healthcare Compliance Policies.
Your responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for all compliance-related questions via a central HCC mailbox.
- You act as the central organizer for all planner activities related to medical events.
- You evaluate and discuss requests for new conferences and training courses. You autonomously arrange the entire organization and administration of conferences, workshops and training courses.
- You accurately manage the budget lists.
- You keep the Medical Affairs Portal up to date.
- You follow up on sponsorship and consultancy contracts.
- You manage travel bookings, including flights, hotel accommodations and (local) transport.
- You coordinate the timely application and submission of medical activities on the Ethical Health Platform.
- On a weekly basis, you participate in regional consultations with the Compliance Director, you monitor the progress of ongoing files.
- Every month, you follow up on the budgets with the Sales Manager and participate in the Process Monitoring Report meetings with the international team.
- You can count on the coaching and support of the Customer Care manager, to whom you report.

Your qualification
- You have obtained a bachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant work experience.
- You have several years of experience in a challenging customer service environment within a sales organization.
- Experience in compliance in the medical sector is an absolute asset.
- You are bilingual Dutch and French, with a very good knowledge of English.
- You are very customer-oriented, professional, proactive and flexible.
- You can set the right priorities and keep a complete overview of your tasks.
- You are very good at planning and organizing, you easily meet your deadlines.
- You take ownership of your work and do not shy away from challenging things or asking questions in a diplomatic way.
- You are a team player with a positive attitude who communicates fluently at all levels. You enter into collaborations in an open way.
- You are hands-on and solve problems pragmatically and efficiently.
- You work very accurately and have a strong learning ability.
