Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is recruiting a consultant for a client-facing mission within the client?s CSO, reporting to the client?s Security Business Development Manager. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will define and structure the client?s end-to-end phishing awareness strategy, tailored to an organization of approximately 10,000 collaborators with diverse profiles and a Microsoft 365 environment. ProUnity acts as the client-side SPOC for this mission; all interactions will be coordinated through Keystone Solutions under our consultancy model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a contextual and maturity analysis based on an initial assessment already conducted.
- Define a comprehensive awareness strategy spanning 12 to 24 months.
- Design a phishing campaign catalog (scenarios, difficulty levels, target audiences).
- Contribute to a multi-channel internal communication plan in partnership with relevant stakeholders (client CSO, internal communications).
- Define KPIs, maturity indicators, and associated dashboards.
- Provide knowledge transfer to ensure the client?s autonomy in future campaign management.
- Ensure end-to-end campaign delivery: study, implementation and configuration, results collection, and analysis.
Candidate Profile:
- Role: Senior IT Security Specialist (most recent experience: this year).
- Client- and solution-oriented.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills; outstanding communication skills.
- Skills (most recent experience: this year, level: Expert): Analytics; Change Management; Cyber Security; Exchange Online; ISO 27001.
- Languages: Dutch or French (native or bilingual proficiency); English (nice to have).
- Environment: Microsoft 365.
- Confirmation required: Expertise in Microsoft Defender.
- Confirmation required: Ability to be on site 2 to 3 days per week.
Additional Information:
- The mission may be renewed for a maximum duration, including the initial term, of 880 working days.
- All responsibilities will be executed as a Keystone Solutions consultant working closely with the client?s teams.
