Customer Service Assistant (m/w/d)
to join our team as soon as possible.
What awaits you:
- Customer support and handling of inquiries, orders, and complaints

Preparation of quotations and support of sales activities

Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring timely order fulfillment

Invoicing, dunning procedures, and accounts receivable management

Maintenance of customer master data as well as preparation of reports and analyses

Close collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and other cross-functional departments
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

Initial professional experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Order Management

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, as well as ERP systems

Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills

Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style

Fluent English language skills, written and spoken (french or dutch desirable)

Team player with a high level of service orientation and attention to detail
