A proactive and adaptable sales executive to join our team in Belgium. The perfect candidate will possess a technical background in building and/or infrastructure, a strong enthusiasm for consultative selling, and the capability to interact effectively with C-level executives. Fluency in Dutch and French, proficiency in English are essential.

Job Description
You will:
- Research, identify and create business opportunities within new accounts.
- Identify, develop new business, focusing on the building and/or infrastructure sector.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Apply an Outcome Based Selling approach to understand client’s specific needs and provide solutions aligned with their objectives.
- Conduct engaging sales discussions and presentations, effectively positioning our products and services as an answer to the needs.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts with new clients ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the company.
- Follow market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively within the Sales organization and with cross-functional teams to provide appropriate solutions to new customers.
- Put into practice the ARKANCE processes, tools and practices to enhance results, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- CRM management: proactively maintaining and expanding a pipeline of prospects and clients, ensuring all interactions are accurately captured and up to date.
- Forecasting reporting: Provide accurate sales forecast and regular performance reports to leadership team, documenting client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant tasks.
- Implement the strategy designed to grow, follow plans and achieve established targets. Deliver KPI’s, growth targets and strategic initiatives.
