A full-time Crewing and Dispatch Assistant position is available in the Crewing and Dispatch Department in our office in Brussels.

Support the preparation and coordination of in-person, hybrid, and online training events. Experience in e-learning and event management.

Good knowledge of basic office applications, e.g., PowerPoint, excel, word, outlook. Prepare and coordinate logistics for meetings including schedules, office…

Escalate complex cases to team members and support follow-up. Keep records updated and support smooth communication flows with participants.

Manage highly complex calendars and political sensitivities to schedule client meetings, case team meetings and events. Ability to work under pressure calmly.

Register guests, both Belgian and international, using the arrival list, hand over room keys, and provide necessary information to enhance their stay.
