For our office in Kalmthout , we are looking for an Odoo Developer to develop customized solutions within Odoo. You will be responsible for the technical implementation, collaborate with the team, and support clients in their digital transformation.

As a strategic Odoo partner, Callista helps businesses tailor their Odoo ERP & CRM system to optimize business processes into efficient solutions for end users.

These custom developments are carried out using the Odoo framework, which is based on Python.

Your responsibilities

After a training period, you are responsible for developing functional applications tailored to the customer. After the functional analysis, you actively think about the best solution and how to develop it. You combine the necessary standard Odoo apps based on the wishes of the customer and given description of the functional analyst of your team. You are responsible for the programming of solid business logic and enable integrations with external applications.

You critically analyze the needs of your customers, weigh opinions and consequences with each other based on the business analysis and translate them into clear assignments that you discuss with the development team.
Finding the most efficient solution tailored to your client is your passion, your professional and goal-oriented approach and knowledge of the business package are your favorite tools.
You guarantee the quality of the delivered work by testing the solutions according to and as expected by the customer.

Your profile

You are driven to make Callista a strong, strategic partner for our clients. That’s why you always go the extra mile to help businesses grow.

Preferably you have a higher education in IT (bachelor/master applied computer science, ICT, ...) or equivalent through experience.
From your experience, you have gained a thorough knowledge of object-oriented programming and relational databases.
Professional experience as a Python/JavaScript/.NET developer is a big plus.
Knowledge of Unix/Linux platform and GIT source control system is nice to have.
You easily work autonomous, but also know how to work well in a team. Furthermore, you are flexible when necessary.
In addition, you are passionate about innovative applications and you are eager to learn.
You are Dutch-speaking or have a good understanding and pronouncement in English.
