As a Service Logistics & Inventory Associate, you ensure optimal management of spare parts inventories across our global distribution hubs, guaranteeing parts availability anytime, anywhere.
Service Hubs Operational & Administrative Management
- Weekly supply of the European Distribution Center & monthly supply of regional hubs
- Manage campaigns with 3PL partners (scrap, transfers, repacking, quality checks)
- Reconcile stock levels between SAP and 3PL systems, implementing corrective actions
- Control invoices and reallocate costs to appropriate budget codes
- Coordinate periodic stock counts and global inventory adjustments
Spare Parts Availability & Optimization
- Define and maintain critical spare parts in hubs while keeping inventory under control
- Review safety stocks with the Config Stock Manager
- Optimize global spare parts allocation and reallocation across IBA network
- Implement contingency plans to prevent shortages
- Maintain and update spare parts master data in SAP
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies between physical and system inventories
- Collaborate with CS Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Reverse Logistics & 3PL partners
- Contribute to Lean and continuous improvement initiatives within Supply Chain
