Innovation Sprint is a technology startup in the Clinical and Healthcare industry that offers edge technological solutions and services. Our team combines ICT, medical and data analytics expertise to improve health and pharmaceutical products and services, and to develop personalized healthcare solutions. The company has headquarters in Brussels (BE) and R&D offices in Athens (GR) and Enschede (NL). We are currently recruiting for our Athens Labs.
We are looking for a talented QA Software Engineer to join our team in Athens to support and coordinate our company’s product development. The successful candidate will be part of a very competent team and will be able to contribute in all phases of the development of the company.
What you’ll do

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases

Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities

Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools
-
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
-
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
-
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
-
Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements

Monitor debugging process results
Qualifications & Skills
-
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

Proven 2+ work experience in software quality assurance and software development

Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience using version control systems

Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
