The Business Analyst is responsible for the following tasks within his/her perimeter:
General responsibilities:
- Responsible for elicitation, analysis and documentation of IT-supplier and complementary information in order to exhaustively deliver and execute requirements from the newly updated 'third party technology risk management' procedure
- Works closely with other subject matter experts to understand business and technology strategies, develop domain knowledge, identify high-level requirements, and to foster reuse and continuity of that knowledge across all projects enabling the program
- Analyse and adapt processes in cooperation with local IT management.
- Participate in transitioning and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
- Assist in translating requirements into contract security schedules per arrangement
- Participate in quality management reviews on legacy-arrangements and new-business arrangements
- Plans and actively executes the BA requirements to local third-party (technology & risk) management
- Serve as a liaison to the IT risk officer, CIO, and IT- & IT-security management.
Data responsibilities:
- Work with contract owners, architects and other subject matter experts and other planners to assess current risk-levels of IT-suppliers CRDF BENE
- Participate in identifying, analyzing and formalizing business and IT-requirements executing compliant DORA / TPTRM contracts and their schedules
- Support in registration of all IT-suppliers identified in target-solutions / -modules: SNOW TPTRM-gate & 360-risk, maintaining data-quality and -attribute rules expected by CRDF region and -CORP
- Support in progress-reporting and IT-risk related committees preparation
- Analyse identified data quality issues against source system (360) and existing data quality capabilities to confirm the source of the data quality issue.
- Review the outcomes TPTRM-related instruments with business owners and other content-reviewers
- Proactive approach to identification and articulation of issues, presentation of solutions and options, and, where appropriate, definition of path towards resolution.
- Follow-up prioritization and work-load of third-party management related topics on a weekly base, with exhaustivity of results
