About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, energetic Floor Manager to lead our shop floor team in Brugge and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll be the key link between the team, our customers, and store management, driving performance, organisation, and service excellence every day.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate the team on the shop floor
- Drive daily sales and achieve store targets
- Ensure outstanding customer service at all times
- Organise shop floor priorities and daily operations
- Support Store Management and run the store when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail experience with team supervision minimum 1 year
- Experience supervising or leading a team
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Hands-on approach with strong customer focus
- Good knowledge of English (Dutch and French are strong plus)
