You will collaborate with top companies in Benelux and beyond, ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT projects. Our ideal candidate is structured, customer-oriented, and possesses an analytical mindset. You will establish clear agreements with clients and our development team, translating client needs into a project plan and solution design. You will manage scope and expectations during execution while rolling up your sleeves when necessary and meaningful.
Working closely with the team, you will ensure delivery of the right technical solutions, overseeing execution and ensuring alignment with client requirements. With a hands-on approach, you will deliver projects on time and within budget. The ultimate goal is the successful implementation of our products while striving for optimal client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing (some of) our Solutions: from market research and design to technical feasibility, planning, budgeting, and the execution of new releases. With your vision and technical expertise, you will contribute to the success of our Solutions and play a key role in determining the direction and innovations of our offerings.
- Leading IT projects from initiation to delivery, including monitoring deadlines, budgets, and project procedures to ensure customer-centric solutions.
- Acting as the bridge between the client and development team, translating customer needs into technical solutions (designs).
- Developing and managing project plans to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize outcomes.
- Advising on and optimizing production environments and business processes to enable efficient execution.
- Managing our Solutions, including market research, design, technical feasibility, planning, budgeting, and releases.
- Overseeing budgets, planning, and roadmaps for new releases and updates of our Solutions to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.
- Researching market trends and customer needs while continuously improving our solutions based on client feedback.
- Collaborating with sales and technical teams to set up a demo environment for effectively presenting customer-focused solutions.
