As a Cleaning Validation Engineer, you will be part of the MSAT (Manufacturing Science & Technology) team. You are the subject-matter expert for cleaning validation processes, ensuring that all manufacturing facilities operate at the highest quality standards. You will support changes, audits, validation projects, and new product or equipment introductions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and update cleaning validation documentation (protocols, reports, studies).
- Assess change requests and determine required validation activities.
- Prepare for and support internal and external audits.
- Ensure timely validation and qualification of NPIs and new production equipment.
- Ensure GMP compliance: report incidents, deviations, and near-misses.
- Propose improvements to cleaning compliance and validation processes.
Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in (Bio)Sciences, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in cleaning validation within a GMP environment.
- Good knowledge of API manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of statistics and experience with tools such as Minitab.
- Familiarity with validation and data systems such as eLIMS, truVAULT, PASx,
SAP or similar.
- Experience in project management and coordination.
- Strong communication skills, ability to prioritize, stress-resistant.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
