As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be the organizational and support backbone of our sales process and team in BeLux. Our customers and suppliers are our top priority. Our ability to respond quickly and effectively to their inquiries sets us apart in the world of IT distribution. That’s why we’re looking for the Sales Support Specialist in you.
- You prepare quotes based on supplier quotes and/or input from your sales colleagues.
- You create quotes for the sales team and enter them accurately into the ERP system.
- You serve as the primary point of contact for obtaining supplier quotes and successfully requesting deal registrations.
- You support your sales colleagues by handling administrative tasks, such as site surveys, service requests, and filling in missing data.
- You answer incoming phone calls and efficiently assist customers and partners.
- You support the organization, planning, and administration of our Training Center in collaboration with our technical team.
In short: a very varied role involving daily contact with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ambitious candidate who fits the following profile:
- You preferably have at least some relevant work experience.
- You have a good command of Excel.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both verbally and in writing.
- You have a commercial mindset and work with the customer to find solutions.
- You are confident and value open communication.
- You enjoy daily contact with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- You demonstrate a desire to learn, drive, and enthusiasm.
