ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an Junior User Support Specialist to support the growth of our activities with the EEAS
Main responsibilities:
- Provide daily user support and assistance to internal teams;
- Support project teams, including developers and business analysts, with operational and coordination tasks;
- Follow up on user requests, incidents, and general support activities;
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication;
- Contribute to the smooth delivery of ongoing IT and business projects;
- Help maintain a high level of service quality and user satisfaction in an international environment.
Profile requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field;
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset;
- Fluency in English and French;
- Previous experience in service desk, help desk, user support, administration, project support, or similar roles is considered an asset;
- Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment;
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
