You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in project management, engineering, construction, or professional services.
Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in both Dutch and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop strategic sales plans.
Willingness to travel around Belgium for client meetings and industry events.
Knowledge of CapEx investment cycles and project management services is a plus.
Experience with enterprise-level clients in industries such as FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, or Energy is an advantage.
