Build strong, long-term relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital stakeholders, and key decision-makers

Identify, develop, and convert business opportunities across target accounts, with strong focus on strategic and high-potential customers

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
-
Proven success in sales, ideally within medical devices, orthopedics, or a clinically relevant healthcare environment

Strong knowledge of the orthopedic market and an understanding of competitive products and commercial strategies

Solid business acumen, including the ability to assess opportunities, prioritize accounts, and execute territory plans effectively
-
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
-
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and regional leadership

Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong organizational discipline

Clinical credibility or the ability to develop product and procedural knowledge quickly

Valid driver’s license
- Frequent travel by car across Brussels, Walloon Brabant, and Hainaut
-
Regular presence in hospitals and customer sites throughout the territory

Additional travel within the country, including occasional overnight stays when needed

Occasional international travel may be required
