To support our growth and mission, we’re looking for an enthusiastic AI & Automation Lead to optimize our processes and take our company efficiency to the next level.
Purpose of the role:
You are responsible for developing, implementing, and scaling smart AI and automation solutions across the organization. You combine strategic insight with technical expertise to improve process efficiency, drive innovation, and create business value.
In collaboration with the various departments, you identify opportunities for automation and AI, translate these into concrete solutions, and ensure successful implementation together with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Result Area:
- You identify processes and workflows within the organization that are suitable for automation and AI applications. You map these out, define the architecture, select the right tools and systems, and ensure high-performing execution.
- You take the lead in AI and automation projects and work closely with all departments to develop solutions that are user-friendly and improve process efficiency.
- You promote knowledge sharing across the organization and ensure smooth implementation in the day-to-day operations of each team.
- Driving adoption of new developments, training employees, and documenting work instructions are inherent parts of your role.
- You oversee governance, compliance, security, and ethical guidelines related to the use of AI.
- You stay up to date with technological trends and innovations and translate them into concrete opportunities.
- You measure the impact of your projects and present the results clearly so that the return on investment is transparent.
- You act as the first point of contact for AI and automation.
