Key Responsibilities
Product Vision and Strategy
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategic objectives for automation and robotics initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and monitor OKRs and KPIs
- Develop a strong understanding of automation and process mining opportunities across the organization
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and product evolution
Backlog Management and Prioritization
- Own, manage, and continuously prioritize the Product Backlog
- Lead iteration planning and sprint preparation activities
- Ensure delivery of clear sprint goals and value-driven increments
- Perform ongoing backlog refinement and reprioritization based on changing business needs
- Coordinate with other product tribes to align and rationalize delivery priorities
Automation and Digital Transformation Delivery
- Support the delivery of automation and RPA solutions across business entities
- Contribute to identifying and implementing new automation opportunities
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and technical experts to ensure feasible and scalable solutions
- Drive initiatives supporting digital transformation and operational excellence
Stakeholder Management and Agile Collaboration
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the technical squad
- Capture and manage stakeholder expectations, constraints, and priorities
- Ensure continuous stakeholder alignment throughout delivery cycles
- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies including:
- Sprint reviews
- Retrospectives
- Refinement sessions
- Product boards
Team Leadership and Agile Enablement
- Co-lead the squad together with the Scrum Master
- Foster a collaborative Agile mindset and team-first culture
- Support the squad in overcoming obstacles and maintaining delivery momentum
- Promote continuous improvement, ownership, and accountability within the team
