keeps both our Ghent and Kontich offices running smoothly and organised, making sure colleagues feel supported every day
is present in our Ghent office a few days a week and in Kontich at least one day a week
manages practical administration such as invoices, purchase orders, subscriptions, supplies and office documentation
coordinates with external suppliers and partners for maintenance, deliveries, repairs and office-related follow-up
keeps budgets, stock and administrative workflows organised and up to date
supports the partners and leadership team with a wide variety of operational and administrative tasks
is fluent in Dutch and English, with Dutch as a strict requirement for this role
works in a structured, accurate and proactive way, with strong attention to detail
easily switches between different priorities and stays calm in a fast-moving environment
enjoys being the central point of contact within the company and helping colleagues with all kinds of practical questions
feels comfortable with digital tools such as Excel, Notion and Google Workspace
takes ownership, communicates clearly and sees work before it’s assigned to them
