- Advanced degree (MBA, Law, or equivalent)
- 8-12 years of experience in governance consulting or corporate affairs
- Deep expertise in European regulatory environment
- Proven business development and client management track record
- Strong network within European business community
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
