Degree in Economics, Finance, IT, Business Administration, or Management

At least 3 years of experience in the Insurance domain (Life & Health knowledge required)

Fluent English and Dutch or French (spoken and written)

Natural communicator – charismatic, optimistic, confident and patient

Strong analytical mindset, ability to connect business and technology

Independence, ownership, and curiosity to explore “why” before answering “how”

Act as a bridge between business and IT – define client needs and translate them into effective digital solutions

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to C-level and senior stakeholders in the insurance industry

Participate in RFI/RFP processes and support contract negotiations

Provide analytical support throughout software implementation projects — from requirements gathering to deployment

Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to craft B2B campaigns and value proposition

Keep an eye on market trends, regulations, and competitors to help shape our product strategy
