Ready for tomorrow?
At Telenet we believe technology makes the difference. We help our customers stay ahead, build relationships that last, and create a positive impact on society.
At Telenet Business our ambition is clear: become the preferred Managed Service Provider, proactively taking care of our customers' connectivity and ICT, together with strong partners.
Working as Transformation Manager, B2B Delivery & Services
You report to and work directly with the Tribe Lead for B2B Delivery & Services to drive the transformation of a 250+ people organization. This is a hands-on individual contributor role: no team to manage, high leverage, close to where decisions get made. Your direct peers lead organizations with sizeable teams and you do not.
We are looking for someone who is driven and ambitious. Someone who wants to learn quickly and take on more than they have handled before. We are looking for someone to step into this role for 2 or 3 years, and with a clear ambition to grow into leadership roles after that period. You will work closely together with the tribe lead, have more information than you expect, easier access than anyone and full trust and support.
You take the messy, important problems, structure them, and move them to done together in close collaboration with colleagues across our tribe and at all levels of the organization. One week that is a cost or process analysis, the next a go-live readiness plan or a cross-team program that nobody else owns yet. You can zoom out and think at a conceptual level and you can zoom in to understand how things really work today on the floor. You stand in front of a whiteboard, get on the same page with your peers, make a plan and then pull things into reality. You are the person who looks at how the organization runs and asks how to make it better, then makes it happen.
Your role as Transformation Manager, B2B Delivery & Services
- Run priority transformation and improvement programs end to end, from problem definition to delivered result.
- Structure ambiguous problems : gather the data, find the root cause, and turn it into a clear recommendation and plan.
- Build the analysis that supports steering and investment decisions across the tribe.
- Coordinate across the delivery and excellence teams, partners, and other circles to get things moving.
- Track what matters and keep programs honest on scope, timing and impact.
- Be the Tribe Lead's extra pair of eyes, ears, hands and extra brain on whatever is most important that quarter.
Your profile as Transformation Manager, B2B Delivery & Services
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and you take ownership without waiting to be told.
- You structure problems fast and you finish what you start. Track record matters more than years on a CV.
- You are strong with data and analysis and can turn a mess into a clear story and a decision.
- You are curious about technology and how operations work, and you care about the customer and people impact, not just the slide.
- You communicate clearly and build relationships across levels and teams.
- A consulting, transformation, operations or analytics background is a good fit. Telco or ICT experience is a plus, not a must.
