We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation projects for financial systems. In this role, you will:
- Direct and oversee complex implementation projects from initiation to successful go-live
- Conduct comprehensive business analyses and requirement gathering
- Manage financial process implementations across multiple stakeholders
- Monitor and control scope, timeline, and budget to ensure project success
- Collaborate with IT Managers, internal teams, and external partners
- Drive organizational change management across a diverse, multilingual environment
- Work in an international setting with exposure to multiple markets (Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany)
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT Project Management at senior level
- 10+ years of experience with ERP and Financial Systems implementations
- 10+ years working with Microsoft-oriented environments (M365, Azure, Power BI, etc.)
- 10+ years in People and Change Management
- Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and spoken)
- Experience and affinity with AI applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Power Platform (model-driven apps) experience
- Dynamics 365 CRM implementation background (5+ years)
