- We are seeking an Administrative and Property Officer to support the varied administrative functions and property management needs of the embassy.
- This role involves managing government-owned residences, liaising with vendors for maintenance, handling insurance matters, and assisting with property-related administrative tasks. Experience in property and maintenance work is required.
- The officer will also assist with consular and notarial duties, provide financial support, maintain inventories, and organise visits and events. The work is diverse, including answering queries, supervising store management, and ensuring proper records and filing. Experience in these areas will be advantageous.
- The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and multi-task . Flexibility to assist in a wide range of tasks, from property management to event coordination, is essential.

- Applicants holding the relevant residence permits to work in Brussels.
- Applicants who are task-oriented with strong analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French, strong ability to engage people at all levels, and good planning and organisation skills.
