What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Senior Infra Engineer who’s excited to shape the backbone of our technology landscape. In this role, you'll join a small, hands-on engineering team (2 people) where you’ll take strong ownership of our infrastructure and help drive its evolution.
Our environment is mainly hosted (Combell) with a growing cloud footprint. Your mission is to stabilize, modernize, and prepare it for future cloud adoption through containerization.
What are your key responsibilities?

Manage our Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, IIS, AD, Entra, SQL, O365)

Operate our hosted infrastructure (Combell) + small Azure footprint

Drive automation (Terraform, scripting)
-
Contribute to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Ensure performance, reliability, and security

Improve CI/CD and monitoring

Collaborate closely on architecture decisions
Requirements
-
5+ years in infra engineering

Strong Microsoft environment expertise

Knowledge of Terraform or automation tools

Experience with hosted or hybrid setups is a plus

Interest in containers & modernization
-
Ownership mindset, able to work in a small, impactful team
