Job description
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and improve product formulations in line with market requirements;
- Develop, scale, and optimize products and production technologies;
- Analyze results and implement necessary adjustments to formulations, technologies, and costs;
- Evaluate new raw materials and suppliers, and optimize product costs;
- Incorporate new solutions and raw materials into products to improve their properties;
- Participate in and lead international projects, as well as prepare reports and documentation.
Profile
- Higher education in Chemistry and/or Materials Science;
- At least 3 years of experience in research and product development (experience in a manufacturing company will be considered an advantage);
- Strong communication and collaboration skills;
- Good Latvian and English language skills; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage (required for communication with group colleagues, customers, and suppliers);
- Good computer skills, including experience with analytical and product development software.
