What can you expect as a Process Engineering Manager?
As a Process Engineering Manager, you will take the lead in monitoring the reliability, quality, and safety of our installations and processes.
Your role
As Process Engineering Manager, you will lead the process engineers in optimizing and supervising production processes for both the production unit and the packaging lines.
You will support and coach your team with your technical knowledge, create a culture of collaboration and engagement, and contribute to continuous improvement every day.
As a Process Engineering Manager, you will join a dynamic and eager-to-learn Process Engineering team, where you will be jointly responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes and implementing upgrades.
1. You introduce
You and your team will guide newly developed products from initial testing to commercial production.
You will ensure that the necessary instructions are available for the operators to safely produce a high-quality product at the predetermined levels of efficiency and waste.
You will provide the correct settings for the machines.
2. You optimize
You will analyze data and understand the root causes of the most significant production problems.
You develop proposals to limit productivity and quality losses through machine adjustments or more efficient working methods.
In close consultation with your colleagues in production, quality, maintenance, and engineering, you standardize improvements across shifts.
3. You analyze
Through reporting and targeted analyses, you identify the greatest opportunities.
You use this information to support your colleagues in production and technical services in their daily performance monitoring and analysis of deviations.

You are fluent in French (oral and written).
Experience in the food sector is a major plus.
A strong background in people management: you know how to motivate and guide a team of process engineers.
