Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- A Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline;
- Experience working in large multidisciplinary and virtual teams;
- Experience with PRINCE2 or comparable Project Management Methodology.
Desirable:
- PRINCE 2 Foundation and Practitioner certifications;
- Intermediate ITIL Foundation certification;
- Prior experience of working in an international environment preferably comprising both military and civilian elements.
Duties/role:
- Coordinating strategic business management initiatives working across NIMSC departmental or functional boundaries, with a key focus on improving delivery of NIMSC projects and services;
- Ensuring proper and efficient management, administration, and operation of the Deputy NIMSC day-to-day routine;
- Ensuring that the Deputy NIMSC decisions and guidance are assigned, prioritised and executed appropriately to time and quality.
