Description

To sustain its growth and consolidate its strategic expertise, ANIDRIS powered by Easi, is looking for IT Advisory Consultant. Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex IT operations and business strategy.

Beyond technical requirements, you will act as a trusted partner for our clients, helping them navigate IT architecture, strategy development, program management, and data governance. Given our core DNA, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening Cybersecurity and Disaster Recovery strategies within modern Hybrid IT environments.

Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory: Lead high-level missions including IT architecture design, risk assessments, Cloud adoption frameworks, application discovery and ISO-related compliance.
Process Optimization: Analyze existing IT workflows to identify bottlenecks and design "Lean" or automated processes that increase operational efficiency and ROI.
Solutions Design: Scope and create detailed Statements of Work (SOW) tailored to specific client business goals.
Technology Roadmap: Provide expert advice on emerging technologies and their practical integration into existing ecosystems.
Project Leadership: Take full ownership of project management when assigned, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Thought Leadership: Produce high-quality, executive-level documentation (CxO level) that simplifies complex IT concepts into actionable business insights.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Continuous Learning: Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving IT landscape, specifically regarding Luxembourgish regulations and compliance.

Profile

Education: Master’s degree in IT, Business Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Luxembourgish IT market, with a proven track record in advisory or consulting.
Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English and French is mandatory. German or Luxembourgish is a significant advantage.

Technical Expertise & Certifications

Hybrid IT & Cloud: Deep knowledge of hybrid infrastructures
Frameworks: Certified or highly experienced in ITIL, PRINCE2, TOGAF, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, or NIST.
Compliance: Strong familiarity with the local regulatory landscape (e.g., CSSF circulars, DORA, GDPR and NIS2).
