About the Role
As a Manufacturing Process Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s strategic objectives by ensuring robust, efficient and compliant operations across the EMEA network. You will be responsible for implementing, improving and maintaining supply chain and manufacturing processes that guarantee reliable product delivery from key production sites, while also supporting the introduction of new products into operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain & Operations
Support and optimize a robust end-to-end supply chain flow for EMEA operations.
Ensure the operational structure enables reliable delivery of existing products from the designated manufacturing sites.
Contribute to the planning and execution of product launches and the operational introduction of new products on site.
Project Implementation
Lead and/or support projects on and across sites, ensuring alignment with group strategy and timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, QA, Manufacturing, etc.) to implement process improvements and new operational solutions.
Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and report status to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and team members across functions and levels of the organization.
Interface with counterparts in other entities and with CDMOs (if applicable) to ensure consistent standards and ways of working.
Ensure that products are supplied and delivered to customers across all regions with consistent quality standards.
Quality & Compliance
Operate in compliance with GMP/GDP and internal quality procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency and reliability of processes.
Contribute to documentation, SOP updates and operational readiness activities as needed.
Profile Requirements
Experience & Background
4–6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical and/or medical environment with a solid GMP/GDP background.
Strong experience in project management is a significant asset.
Experience in Quality Assurance and Supply Chain is an advantage.
Experience in radiopharmaceuticals is a plus.
Previous exposure to a matrix organization is an asset.
Fluent in French and English

Tools & Systems
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience with ERP and eQMS systems preferred.
Experience with SAP B1 and MasterCo is a strong plus.
