Your Skills
✔️ 5+ years of experience in SAP recruitment or a similar HR role
✔️ Strong communication skills in and /
✔️ A proactive, results-driven mindset
✔️ Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms is a nice bonus
Your Core Responsibilities
Source, engage and attract SAP professionals across various channels
Screen candidates and guide them through the recruitment journey
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and fill key roles
Build strong relationships and deliver a standout candidate experience
Help shape our employer brand and recruitment strategy
Keep your pipeline warm: freelance, payroll, active, passive
