We currently have a vacancy for a QA Automation Engineer (ServiceNow) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely (within EU). In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team.
Your tasks

Designing the full testing framework - including unit, integration, system, regression, UAT, and performance testing - tailored to the ServiceNow customization;

Collaborating closely with the project team to understand application requirements, create test cases, and ensure comprehensive test coverage;
-
Coordinating with business owners, developers, and end-user representatives to ensure test scenarios reflect real-world usage across different regions, roles, and support request types;

Reviewing manual test cases and user stories in Azure DevOps projects;
-
Creating and managing test cases, test data, and defects in Azure DevOps;
-
Participating in Sprint planning and retrospective sessions.
Requirements
-
University degree in combined with relevant IT professional experience of 8 years;
-
At least 5 years of experience in a QA role with strong understanding of the ServiceNow suite;

At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Open-source testing tools (Selenium, TestNG/Junit, Cucumber, Appium etc);
-
At least 2 years of experience with the Azure DevOps platform;
-
In depth experience of API testing using Postman and Rest assured;

Experience in automating system integration (mock/stubs) and E2E Tests;
-
At least 2 years of experience in mobile automation using Appium and cloud platforms like Browser stack /Lambda test;
-
Strong knowledge on Rest API, and working experience in REST API methods and operations, data serialization using JSON libraries;

Experience in implementing CICD using Azure DevOps or Jenkin or GitLab or Git actions;

Experience within both automated and manual testing, understanding the need and methodology behind incorporating both types of testing;

Experience with object-oriented programming languages like Java/JS/Python;

Excellent command of the English language.
