As a key player in our team, you'll drive the growth of our high SME market by nurturing and expanding a vibrant client portfolio. You'll manage around 40 existing accounts, focusing on cross-selling, up-selling, and securing our innovative Orange products and services. Plus, you'll have the exciting opportunity to attract new High SME customers across Mobile, Fix, and ICT lines of business—engaging with a dynamic pipeline of approximately 80 prospects.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts within a designated geographical area.
- Regularly meet with clients to understand their evolving needs, ensure satisfaction, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling Orange products and services.
- Retain customers by offering tailored connectivity and ICT solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Acquire new high SME customers (companies with 100-199 FTE) by visiting prospects, understanding their needs, and presenting competitive offers.
- Negotiate contract terms and coordinate internal follow-up to successfully close sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are fulfilled efficiently.
- Provide ongoing support for customers facing technical, billing, or service issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Achieve personal sales targets by taking proactive commercial actions to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Minimum 5 years in a sales oriented function with high focus on prospection and acquisition.
- Sales experience and sales training, especially in ‘target selling’ or equivalent (proven sales track of record).
- Good business experience, understanding customer needs.
- Good knowledge of the telco/ICT market is a plus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word/excel/PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills and negotiating skills.
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
