About The Nine
The Nine is Belgium’s first female-focused private members’ club, located in the heart of the European Quarter. Rooted in values of being authentic, curious, and uplifting, The Nine brings together an international community through its clubhouse, co-working spaces, restaurant & bar, private events, and curated event programme.
Role Overview
As Front Desk & Club Operation, you will be the face of the clubhouse and a key part of the member experience. You will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the club while delivering warm, professional hospitality to members, guests, and partners.
This is a highly hands-on role offering real responsibility from day one in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Welcome members and guests professionally and warmly
· Manage the club phone line, central inbox, restaurant reservations, and daily calendar
· Coordinate restaurant reservations and maintain accurate calendar scheduling
· Maintain a strong front desk presence and assist the restaurant team with guest flow and table coordination
· Independently oversee the opening of the clubhouse each morning
· Manage meeting room bookings from first inquiry through invoicing
· Support the smooth day-to-day running of the clubhouse and act as a reliable operational point of contact
· General clubhouse upkeep including coffee stations, dishes, inventory, and laundry coordination
Your Profile
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (the club's primary language). Proficiency in French and/or Dutch is a strong asset
- Professionalism: You take pride in a polished appearance (business attire) and possess excellent communication skills. You have a warm, service-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
- Organisational Skills: You are a proactive multi-tasker who can manage a busy inbox while staying attentive to the physical needs of the clubhouse.
- Values-Driven: You are passionate about gender equality and the empowerment of women.

Contract Type
Starting from mid-August.
We are preferably looking for a candidate who is eligible to work under the Stage First programme (3–6 months) as a registered job seeker.
Alternatively, we are open to hiring a student under a student employment contract with flexible part-time working hours (9 - 15h), provided they have the appropriate legal status. This option may be offered for a longer engagement period, depending on availability and mutual fit.
