Amaris Consulting is looking for a motivated Veeva Vault Platform Specialist to join our team in Brussels. In this role, you will contribute to the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of critical Veeva Vault solutions within a regulated environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support platform enhancements, security initiatives, and compliance activities.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage and support Veeva Vault platform configurations and enhancements
Execute change requests, including configuration, testing, and documentation activities
Contribute to platform security, access management, and compliance initiatives
Create and maintain technical and validation documentation
Collaborate with business, compliance, quality, and IT teams
Participate in troubleshooting, platform optimization, and continuous improvement efforts
Support testing activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide expertise and guidance on Veeva Vault best practices
Your Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
3 to 8 years of professional experience with strong expertise in Veeva Vault
Current Veeva Vault Platform Administration certification
Hands-on experience with platform administration and configuration
Experience working in GxP-regulated environments
Knowledge of testing, validation, and documentation processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Fluent English is required
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
