As a (Junior) Associate, you’ll be involved in every stage of an investment fund’s lifecycle. You’ll help clients structure and manage investment funds, guiding them through incorporation, capital raising, governance and regulatory compliance. You’ll work closely with senior lawyers and clients, gaining real responsibility early on.
