Thanks to your master's degree in engineering or a related scientific field, along with at least 15 years of experience in diverse manufacturing roles—including solid expertise in TPM/Lean manufacturing implementation with focus on Autonomous Maintenance and line experience from previous leadership positions within FMCG Operations organizations—you will bring valuable insights to the team. Your background includes in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing World Class Manufacturing (WCM/TPM) and Lean principles, including methodologies and tools such as standard work in Autonomous Maintenance, Professional Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Early Management and all technical pillars of such methodology. Supported by recognized certifications such as Six Sigma (Black/Green Belt), you will demonstrate a strong ability to apply problem-solving techniques in highly complex and ambiguous environments, characterized by cultural diversity, varying levels of organizational maturity, and a broad range of technologies and products, particularly in the context of ongoing mergers and acquisitions. In addition, you will bring a strong ability to lead and coach global cross-functional teams in complex and diverse Operations environments. Your international experience—including the management of senior teams across regions—demonstrates your capacity to operate effectively at a global level, a critical requirement for this role.
