What we expect from you
As the face of Brasserie Rubens, you will be in direct contact with customers. You enjoy pampering people and can do that perfectly in both Dutch and French. You also have good communication skills in English. You enjoy taking responsibility and you already have a fair amount of experience as a waiter or you have followed a relevant training.
Your duties:
Keeping an eye on the dining room
Taking orders, announcing and collecting dishes
Carrying out food and drinks, clearing tables
Guaranteeing service at the table (uncorking and letting customers taste wine, checking that everything is satisfactory, etc.)
Settling bills at tables
